I was focusing on IT workers. Counted 7600 of them for Chicago area companies.

Like me :)

But:

1. Tuition is the same for domestic and foreign students in the US.

2. Most foreign grad students get scholarships/assistantshipd of some sort. I think a minority get funded by their own governments/pockets or international agencies.

I originally came to the US to get better funding for grad school than I could get in my home country.... the UK...
