Carey,re:"WDC business". OT:Help needed. Son bought a
do-it-yourself 'PC' including a WD1200JD (OEM), no
manuul (120G SATA drive?), there seems to be problem with
the drive(installation), since there is no manual, and
there is a 'jumper' to set, don't know if the 'jumper'
is needed or if it is related to the 'crashes', 'blue
screen' special.
With a 'single hard disk drive', what the 'jumper' setting
supposed to be (if needed).
When it boots, it does not recognize the drive is there.
Stupid microsoft, or me.
Any help, idea, is greatly appreciated.
