The thing about SPX stuff is that you make big money either when you have perfect entries or are close to expiration and on the right side of the trend. If you have a bad entry, there is not a lot of forgiveness.

I may try my hand at the SPX stuff later, but I'm real comfortable with the QQQ's.

No matter what, if you're going for at the money options or barely out of the money options, the spreads are going to be a greater percentage of the overall option price.

Why not the eminis ? You don't pay any premiums and you get
a lot of leverage as well as the liquidity.
