OK, I overreacted. You did say something similar to that about the Washington Times once but I suppose you may not have said anything like that about Fox News.

Well then again maybe I did not over-react. I followed the thread back.

Al said - "Fox has a conservative bent allright. Its reputation is horrible among journalists. You are being quite kind."

But maybe you where replying to Alighieri's post in isolation and not in the context of the ongoing conversation.
In other words you where not pointing out Murdoch's being conservative as "something to back that generalization up".
