What occurs to me when I read such an thing is that we are a people of constant thrill seeking....sky diving sexuality everyone is looking for that bigger thrill to make them feel alive. I can see a certain erotic side to this..the idea of this act which has so "penetrated" one's being that a transfer of this sort has taken place. then there are the "participants" who are fed up with worrying about infection to a degree that they just want to get it over. I believe drugs, alcohol and the desire to attain an altered state must be at play in these people's lives desire can take on many forms
