Cuda, Mr. Istel had had zero shares in the past and now has 50k (30k in Dezember) plus the recently acquired. Maybe the Filing-4 did some double counting though.. the 30k is stated in each Filing-4 and presumably indicates the number of shares held in the previous month.. sec.gov Look at the Filing-4s at the top ranging from Jan 17th to 24th.. a side note: Yahoo is usually distorted, incomplete and/or late with their own reporting. Using Edgar as your source should improve the data. However if Istel filed 4times for 1 transaction, we may interpret it wrong.. What SEC-Edgar tells us however is that Lone Star Partners LP increased their stake by almost 50k between December and January.. rgrds CROSSY
