You are so depressing, You have been so depressing. on and on,... I think you are wrong about rising prices. I think there is more danger of falling prices then ever has been since I have followed such things. The reason is simple. Over consumed consumers. <g> I do agree about housing values. The last place left to put funds, has been housing, it can't last much longer, for the same reason I gave for falling prices. By the way, how have you been??? I have been bored by the market for far too long, I try to get interested, then poof, it gets boring again. b
