First things first, Tibet BELONGS to CHINA, period. Too bad if you disagree. Let's just agree to disagree. No point to argue here.

Indonesians - as far as I know, that was NOT Interfering their internal affair. They were some Indonesian citizens with Chinese origin who believe in Maxism/Communism. And China might have give them some spiritual/economic aid, and that was it.

Vietnam - the same thing as in North Korea, Chinese troops were there at the request of Hu Zhi Ming. And withdrew every single soldier after the war. In case you do not know, the big battle (Dien Bien phu) in 1954 which triggered the French withdrawal from Vietnam was actually commanded by a blind Chinese General - Liu Bo Cheng - by using the map for the Blind. Again, that was not interfering, it was just friendly aid at the neighbor's request.

I guess there is a fine line between Interfering others' internal affair and friendly aid. unsolicited "help" would be called interfering other's internal affair, like the ones given to China by the US.
