i'm still waiting for a reply from them when i subscribed to whatever that tool removal service gig is they got going on... or not going on.

When trying to install the driver on my (Umax) scanner I get an error panel which says:

The file ns3400.dll (Unknown) is needed.

Type the path where the file is located and
then click OK.

The Umax technical guy informed me that this was a system file and I should contact the computer manufacturer for assistance in order to restore the file. I contacted Dell and their technician said he couldn't find what the file ns3400.dll was !

I have Windows 2000 Pro. Any suggestions on how I can restore this file would be much appreciated
