hey tc i'm still waiting for a reply from them when i subscribed to whatever that tool removal service gig is they got going on... or not going on. yeah, tc, email them and tell them you are displeased with your free av program. :) mark

When trying to install the driver on my (Umax) scanner I get an error panel which says: The file ns3400.dll (Unknown) is needed. Type the path where the file is located and then click OK. The Umax technical guy informed me that this was a system file and I should contact the computer manufacturer for assistance in order to restore the file. I contacted Dell and their technician said he couldn't find what the file ns3400.dll was ! I have Windows 2000 Pro. Any suggestions on how I can restore this file would be much appreciated
