The figures in the table seem to relate well to those available via Yahoo's stock profile pages. (Haven't checked them all). Do you have a site with more up to date data? It takes time to acquire a 17.1 million share short position (Kinross) representing over 6 times the daily volume.

I think Jim's piece provides a logical scenario for what is happening and what is coming. I've been expecting a pullback in Kinross as they go through their combination and stockholders re-balance their portfolios. Also they may drop a bit when they do their reverse stock split, however that will be the time when mutual funds increase positions IMHO so we'll see how badly it is affected. Kinross is my largest position.
