My state's budget deficit is only a paltry 1 billion, cause by the last eight year term Republican gov., who came in during the Clinton boom years and kept cutting taxes (about half of which went to business).

The Wyoming budge report is dated November 2001. Got anything newer? CA has been hard hit by the market implosion and the mess left behind by Enron as well as the local govt. I'd like to know how they came up with that figure of 35 billion and where the heck they had expected to get it and where it has gone. It's not all dems, this was a group effort at ineptitude. The only market continuing to do well in CA is real estate.
