The Santa Clara County Civil Rights Commission is recommending to the board of supes that the use of the "N" word be made a hate crime.

Uh, gee, isn't that a 1st Amendment violation? If you can do that for just using a word, why can't you do it for expressing thoughts these people dislike?

Would Schockley have been cuffed for what he said?
