Questions such as your are usually ignored when there is no answer. He is smart enought to know that saddam has wmds and he has no idea what to do with them. When pushed he will answer containment which is a useless policy here for a variety of reasons. Perhaps you can contain saddam from attacking kuwait in the short run, but how do you contain him giving/selling/using internally/using without admitting them abroad particularly in our cities wmds? no can do. mike

John, I just made it a question for the table. Whether you ignore it is up to you.

OK, in general that's the question put to anyone who offers criticisms of the Bush policies.

Short answer. If the two options on the table right now are whether to invade or let the inspection process work its way out, I favor the latter on the grounds that an invasion should be the last available option; not the first as the Bush rhetoric has it.
