Thanks, Kastel, you cute and cuddly Canadian. I was hoping someone would have a bright idea.

My kids are home today and Friday (Teacher Work Days) so I will try to persuade them to migrate all our email to Cox (our cable service).

The next problem is, one of the reasons I have AOL is that when the cable goes down, I can still do dial-up. Any suggestions for dial-up?

If you solve these problems, I am kissing AOL goodbye. Crashing my office computer every time I print an email is intolerable. I do remember Word telling me that I had a problem, did I want to fix it, and I said no and now can't fix it.

I love software that gives you a second chance.
