If that is correct, there will not be any profits available, to be taken by small investors, except where we cannibalize off each other." ....it has always been thus and forever will be...after saying that, it is really up to dmx if all of the rights get exercised and who will end up with the lion's share...while dmx mgmt can't control approval announcements, there are a number of things that can go in a nr or even in a president's message that could have a very positive impact on the share price...if there is no commentary from mgmt, the share price will hang around the $2 plus level and the pros will likely be able to create a decent position by picking up the rights for next to nothing as shareholders will not likely sell their shares (as seen by the low volumes these days) but they will likely dump their rights...good news will mean a full subscription and then it will be interesting to see who ends up with the 13 million new shares...i will be watching closely as the outcome will likely decide the near term future of the company imo
