I don't know if this will make any sense, but,

To paraphrase: "Those who do not learn lessons from
the past, are doomed to repeat the same mistakes". The
U.S. screwed up prior to WWII by not squelching 'ol
Adolph when they had a chance. The U.S. screwed up (?)
by not allowing Patton to invade mother Russia. The
Russian winter probably would have squelched this plan
as it did to both Nappy and Adolph. The U.S. screwed
up in the Korean "conflict" - never classified as a war
by not allowing General Mac. to go above the 38th
parallel and clobber the chinese. The U.S. screwed up
BIG TIME by getting us into 'nam, and then not backing
up the grunts in the field. Hell, our hands were tied.

At this point in time, we have a President who will not
back down. I just pray that the rest of the politicians
will support whatever has to be done in order to remove
the cancer that has been formed in Iraq. This is vision.

BTW, I spent 3 years in Europe - Mostly Germany and France
and had the opportunity to visit the southern part of
Spain. Had no problems - but this was back in 1959. I am
also 1/2 Greek, and know where you are coming from. It
still is a delightful country. I couldn't stand the
French in the cities, but found the French in the county
to be very nice. Loved Germany. I remember leaving
France (where your tires squished out a tribute to the
cows that had preceded you) and hitting Germany where
everything was clean. I think the French are still po'd
about getting kicked out of Algeria and 'nam.

NOW, what is your feeling about ORCL. I dumped today,
with a very small profit. Plan to get back in @10,
and buy more if it hits 7.50 - 7.75.

Take Care!
