Yes, I certainly would hope so. The last ten years have seen the end of usefulness of the UN, as it has proven to be without spine. In '91, the UN was the thing to do. In '03, I believe it is properly classified as a "technicality" that has been accommodated.

Only in YOUR mind. The point is that 11 years ago it was appropriate to give containment a chance. Had we not had an incompetent in the WH for the intervening 8 years, I think it may have. Today, we know it doesn't. But I'm repeating myself. You read it the first time.
