So then, you don't think Bush Jr. will blow off the current committment if the UN does not go along with what he wants? Yes, I certainly would hope so. The last ten years have seen the end of usefulness of the UN, as it has proven to be without spine. In '91, the UN was the thing to do. In '03, I believe it is properly classified as a "technicality" that has been accommodated. Oh, yes, you would love to go backwards. Well, it ain't going to happen. Apparently, the American public understands the game some conservatives want to play. ted
