Clinton raised military budgets. Hardly gutted them. Bush lied during the debates when he claimed one division wasn't ready for duty. The generals all denied it. And the generals have also been very sceptical of Bush's saber rattling. Remember the three who same before the Senate to testify? Stormin' Normin' ain't in Bush's camp either yet. Dont believe everything the right-wing tells you. There is no big difference between our military now and four years ago except the shock of 9-11 and a new saber-rattling Commander In Chief. And that saber rattling has already gotten us in big potential trouble in North Korea. we have no military option there except all-out war. Bush may be tough but he's just not smart. Only fools rush in. And waiting to be more certain costs us very little.
