ICBM's? North Korea has none. Russia is an ally now, more or less. China manufactures half our goods and I seriously doubt they'd want war. But test SDI. Test away. Just dont deploy until you know the tax-payers money is being well-invested. Common sense. SDI is not ready for action yet. Even Rumsfield admits this. And consider the budget cuts we're going to need to balance the budget, SDI is a boondoggle. Pork spending.
