I think you will find that this issue DID NOT EXIST five years ago. So it would have been quite prescient for Jim to have been complaining about it. Wouldn't it now, comrade. But thank you for sharing. Let's be clear about one thing. I support stockholder rights. But care must be taken. Good non abusive employee compensation is not to be screwed with. That is not to say that non-disclosed possible violations of shareholder confidence are permissible.
