It's sad that Sullivan had allied himself with political groups that consider his gay status as something less than human.


You know, I was thinking about this the other day. I think were the country is on this issue now is that the left "Accepts" them and the right "Tolerates" them. The "Gay Bashers" are getting to be a smaller and smaller group.

OT: Sullivan is a real conservative. Who is he supposed to align with? Gay friend of mine summed it up quite well. "He's [Bush] a social troglydite in some respects, and I wouldn't want to hang out with him even thought he's got nice buns, but he's mostly got the right policies. So I'll support him."

It's sad that Sullivan had allied himself with political groups that consider his gay status as something less than human.
