We take out the water system and the electric grid in the very first strikes. Anyone who buys the Department of Death propaganda about "surgical strikes" and discriminate killing has simply not paid the least bit of attention to how modern war is fought. For a perfect example of what the U.S. murder squads will do, review the siege of the poorer neighborhoods in Panama City when we went in and "surgically" removed Manuel Noriega. Over the two days that siege lasted more 5,000 innocent civilians were murdered and tens of thousands more injured or rendered homeless.
