what makes you think that is true... is it really the majority of the common people or just the elites... this is important to me. After all from what I read the common people revere Osama Bin Laden as some sort of god. So that makes it look like they aren't too happy when the US goes in and overthrows some dictator, no matter how bad that dictator is. I'm not sure the people in Afganistan are truly happier... the people in Kabul are especially the women but again they were the elites. What about the people in the farmlands.

I agree on that.
The Iraqi people have been held back for so many years under this dictator. The country would really blossom under a new, more sane govt.
