Why would anyone know about regulatory law as it applies to S&Ls? Why, for that matter, would you? Some actions associated with mismanagement could be construed as ethical lapses. If I recall correctly, he actually pushed loans that he benefited from in a roundabout way, without disclosing the conflict, which someone might call an "ethical disability"..........
