The fact is that the Iraqi military is at about 20% of the strength it had in the run up to Gulf War I. You are reacting emotionally rather than rationally when you ask dumb questions like the above. Hussein's track record is perfectly clear. He asked permission of the U.S. before he invaded Iraq.
