From the Bold Predictions Department.... Same fellow who predicted, to the day, the October low for 2002 has rendered a grim forecast for 2003...."no time to be in equities.....be short or be in cash....will be 4th down year in a row." Says the market is telling us this by only staging a weak 2-day rally after falling several straight days recently. Also said his price target (which I guess means when he'll cover shorts) is when the market is HALF of where it is today. Yikes.
