Smart fellow. The only qualification I have is with his "the market is telling us this by only staging a weak 2-day rally after falling several straight days recently." We’re in a lot more trouble than that. I would add that the economy is weak (mfg. overcapacity, massive trade imbalance, record personal debt, low personal savings rate, dollar weakening daily). Financially, Iraq is the least of our troubles. This lady’s prediction (FWIW): Dow to fall another 30%, to 5000; NASDAQ another 30% to 900.
