Oh fuck. It appears that the Space Shuttle Columbia has burned up on re-entry.

Or possibly exploded.

Every channel is covering it.

The news people have one dumb comment after the next.
Already trying to speculate about terrorism due to the Isreali astronaut aboard.

Stay tuned for more coverage by our top news hound Scott2.

A sad day!

Or as Polvie would say(maybe he already has...haven't read the whole thread yet) ......

"It's a good day to die"

Trivia?

"Every person has a unique tongue print"

Glad they don't use that for ID...

"Most lipstick contains fish scales."

Good, now if I tell my wife that, we can save some money on lipstick.

" A raisin dropped in a glass of fresh champagne will bounce up and down continuously from the bottom of the glass to the top."

I'm gonna try that one.

"During the chariot scene in 'Ben Hur' a small red car can be seen in the distance."

....and, now I gotta go rent it and search for that car.

"A duck's quack doesn't echo. No one knows why"

I've heard that one before. I think I'll apply for a government grant and figure out y.

Coming into work this morning, all the songs on the radio reminded me of Columbia and our astronauts.

"..Don't it always seem to go, that you don't know what you got till it's gone..."

:o(
