I stand by my statements. I definitely remember servicemen leaving the military for better paying jobs during the Clinton era. It was a huge problem. Now in the Bush recessions that's changed. Plus 9-11 was a great recruiting "tool". I wanted to put on a uniform myself. But where's the enemy?
