Ron, Good Morning- I see you are still having some difficulty with the content of my posts. You wrote-

1. >>” Do you not see these as statements of "hope" in misleading posts? How does that differ from Nokia's statements of “plans” in misleading PRs? Personally, I see very little difference. “<<

I believe you are misreading what I wrote. I believe I said- >>” Nokia’s eventual capitulation was NUMBER ONE on a list of 13>>>>> POTENTIAL <<<<<<<events. In my response to Don I stated my>>>>> OPINION <<<<<that “Qualcomm appears to be light-years ahead of the competition as is revealed in every briefing they present to the “analysts” community. Nokia and the others can only speak of their “plans” in misleading PRs. Nokia must eventually adapt by using Qualcomm’s chipsets…”

Is it now your OPINION that no one should express an OPINION contrary to yours?

Further, you state>>” How does that differ from Nokia's statements of “plans” in misleading PRs? Personally, I see very little difference”

I’m one little insignificant individual expressing my insignificant >>>OIPINION<<< while Nokia is a MAJOR international company issuing PRs and making statements to a WORLD WIDE audience through their conference calls. Just a slight difference, IMHO.

2. >> “If you have evidence, even anecdotal, that Nokia is taking steps towards incorporating QCOM chipsets in their handsets, present it to the thread. If not, please stop the repetition of speculation.”

I have no evidence, just an>>> OPINION <<< that IF Nokia should eventually use Qualcomm’s chipsets that is one of a number of >>” Potential events that could dramatically increase Qualcomm’s acceptance by the market forces and result in a quick and dramatic share price increase”. It is my OPINION and my HOPE, Just that.

I suggest that if you don’t care to read of my >>>> OPINIONs and HOPE <<<< the simple solution is to use the SI IGNORE feature and save the thread of reading your constant discourse regarding my posts. Or, if you feel you have to reply, do so as a PM to me (which I will simply ignore) and that will at least let you vent your emotions.

Thread readers, I apologize for taking up your time with this public reply to Ron. If you feel as Ron does please let me know by PM and I will gladly go back into the lurker mode as your posting of Qualcomm news and your OPINIONS are of extreme value to me.

THE BEST IS YET TO COME- jim
