I think the absence of a date is irrelevant. "Material breach" is the standard. And as for UN approval, the resolution itself combined with "material breach" provides it.

actually I simply asked you to show us why Saddam is exempt from complying with the provisions of 1441

you keep pointing the finger at Bush when in fact it is Saddam that is at fault
