But to answer your question, they would pander to the left to pick up more votes. If they think they can attract more votes from the left than they would lose from the right (by being against Anwar) they may just do so. The rest of your post is just anti business ranting that the left is famous for. The truth of the matter is that wildlife would not be harmed, and that VERY FEW people will be effected by a tire mark in the snow because NOBODY goes there.
