I wonder what the pro-abortion feminists have to say about the practice in some parts of India of aborting fetuses only when they are discovered to be girls. It has caused a severe shortage of eligible wives in some areas. I saw a piece on BBC America about it this morning. Do you think they are happy about this aspect of abortion? It's part of a woman's right to choose!

Maybe it won't be too long until medical science will allow a woman, instead of aborting a fetus, to put the fetus up for adoption.

Then where would the debate be? Would the issue become moot?
