The problem i can't get over is that Martha is a very disciplined and extremely organized person. As such, it just isn't convincing that such a personality type would wait until the last trading/settlement day of the year to execute the transaction. Sorry but it doesn't sit. Maybe i have seen too many detective shows but that point needs to be explained to sway me.

If she traded on the broker fed info, i believe that would be insider trading; it shouldn't be subject to the same results but nonetheless, not a smart move.

Now if Martha had been smart, she would taken the losses and waited!
