SOme women are idiots about harassment and use it to get ahead and for vindication. I have never believed that anything short of " have sex with me or lose your job" is harassment. I believe this because you just can't legislate laws that govern all aspects of the human sex drive. Men and women who interact in the workplace will be attracted to each from time to time and there's no avoiding it. It's up to each individual to handle it on a level that is acceptable and productive. Management needs to be responsive to each complaint and be reasonable and fair to the man as well as the woman. Women who are women's libbers need to accept both sides of the coin here. I have always believed that if you make it a crime for superiors to have sex with a subordinate , then it should also be illegal to have sex with a superior....................it takes two to tango. The psychology can get pretty involved so I'll stop that thesis here. Most men are sensitive and won't swear, tell off-color jokes or whatever around a female that is very shy or religious, etc. SOme men are also victimized in today's anti-sexual harassment atmosphere and I admit that. In fact, I have always thought that you guys are at a disadvantage because of testosterone and need your own type of liberation.
