Riddle me this JDN. The dividend tax cut, If I understand correctly, gives the average american a savings of $1,200 or thereabouts. Now work out the savings when you take into account that 40% of that saving accrues to 2 per cent of the population. Redo the calculation without the top 2 per cent and see what's left for the average american. Not the high number bushies like to throw about.
