Yep. I am not partisan and therefore I can say that the new President in 2004 (likely to be a Democrat rather than an independent) will also be a one-term President, and will be booted out in 2008 just like Dumb-ya will be kicked out in 2004.

We are in the process of unwinding the great bubble of the 1990's and it will take several years, extending at least into the later half of this decade, for all the excesses to be wrung out of the markets.

I will say that the GOP will win BIG TIME in 2004. The Dems are lost and befuttled. Like a ship without a rudder. The only thing Dems have to hang on to is Fear. And hopefully they can sell fear to the uneducated masses. However the internet seems to have that idea on the run .
