I think that PBA should be strictly up to a woman and her doctor. It is a medical procedure. Better to error on behalf of the woman bearing the child, then to sentence many women to a life of misery.

Jeffrey Richter, 33, who entered his plea in San Francisco federal court, is the second high-level Enron Corp. trader in recent months to admit having conspired to "game" energy prices during California's 2000-01 energy crisis, which is estimated to have cost the state up to $42 billion. biz.yahoo.com I really think the fed should help out California here and not just dump this fraud on the taxpayers. Bush's "it was an inappropriate deregulation" quip about the energy crisis in CA really irks me considering the enron ties. No fan of Davis but this is a lot of money and this state is on its knees already.
