you are serious, right? Yeah it is well known that the energy crisis caused most of the deficit. Not all, because we have an idiot for a governor which complicates matters! LOL. Ca had a huge budget surplus, they spent it on energy, then the recession hit. Davis managed the onslaught of the recession very badly though. Still I blame Bush for his callous approach to the situation. Davis is now talking about taxing internet sales which is another nail in the industry. But what choice does he have.
