I truly hadn't ever understood how so many people in Germany and Europe were so blindsided by Hitler. That's interesting. I'm wondering how the posture of the Americans (right wing) is perceived by the recently reticent Germans lately as the US thumps its chest and says 1) We are the strongest and brightest in the world and lessers be damned 2) We will do what we want in the world and militarily force it into compliance 3) Deaths from war?.......tough rocks. 4) A forceful "you are with us or against us" leader Just musing KLP......just musing.
