Yes, NATO and the UN both have outlived their usefulness. We should keep our presence, but heavily cut back our deployments.

How about pulling our financial support out of the UN? Let China, Africa and the Arab nations, pay for their own stupidity.

If we pull the troops too far out, we may have to bail Europe out of a world war, again, as they surely will screw everything up, again.
