Of course that goes without saying Victor. It was a tragic event but I think, in the end, good deeds were done there, we ridded the world of Milosovic etc. It seems like it was all worthwhile... but only because Kosovo didn't escalate into a larger crisis elsewhere. Its a calculated decision to make and it worked out for Clinton dufus or no. Now lets say Clinton started bombing Kosovo and the UN wouldn't support it and the entire world lined up against the US and Clinton ignored the international outcries and Belarus or some Russian state started making statements like "we're next"... then the Clinton/Kosovo situation would be just like this environment Bush has created. But it wasn't that is the point.
