slavery ended:

I don't grant any validity to this list, JB. This is the freest country in the world. But at least be fair about it if you are going to list it. I noticed that you did not mention that Brazil kept slavery until 1898 and the it still goes on in Africa and the ME. They just don't admit it.

By these measures of tolerance and freedom, shouldn't hordes of eager immigrants be flooding the borders of Bolivia, Mexico, Iceland, Finland, Denmark, and all Muslim countries? Unless they're men looking for husbands? In which case they should be beating a path to Germany or Canada?

LOL. I don't know where 2002 is and the US in 2002 was where more people had more freedom, fairness and tolerance. It too bad all those places you mention have fallen so far behind America from whenever you say to NOW. How did they screw up and what has America done right????

I don't know how to visit and live in the past. LOL...

Are you really Mr. Peabody and do you have a wayback machine.???? :-)

Today as I said,

Well, America is 260 million?? more. If you know somewhere where more people have more freedom, fairness and tolerance, let us all know. On the curve we are farther along than everyone else.
