I'm not bogged down so much on the accusation of "plagerism" as I am the impression given the public that the material being presented to the UN was contemporary, as such was the impression. This is disingenuous.

Do you think the US could have used the 9/11 tragedy in order to establish better relations with Iraq?

By the way, I agree with your analysis on Clinton. There was much that was important that was left unattended due to the unnecessary distraction of the Whitewater Report which barely ever mentioned the word "Whitewater" in a 1200-page report.
