On a more serious note, there is simply no way for inspections to work if the inspectors are required to find WMD's without Iraqi help.

I think this is a major failure on the part of the Bush administration to explain adequately what inspections are and are not; it should have been done before we signed on for the inspection regime.

Now, we have every liberal on the planet saying, "GIVE INSPECTIONS MORE TIME" (everyone from the liberals on this thread to Susan Saradon and Martin Sheen). It wouldn't matter if you gave them 500 years if Saddam doesn't make adequate disclosure.

I'm not sure why these people can't understand this. It is a fairly simple concept, akin to "find a shoebox somewhere in California".
