Thanks for keeping me apprised on how foolish my lack of pessimism was. I was really a fool to think that people who were buying stocks a day ago, a week ago, or even a month ago, were buying with the intention of keeping their stocks.

Little did I suspect they were buying stocks with the intention of selling them at a loss a day or a week later. Oh, well! Live and learn.

I guess it came as a shock to them that war talk was in the air. That the economy was not recovered yet. And that the color du jour is bright orange.

Their loss is your gain. Hopefully, there will be a continual stream of weak hands to be parted from their money.
