What I want to know if abortion is illegal because it destroys human life should the women that have them be put on trial for Murder? Maybe give them the death penalty.

Do you understand the difference between guilty and innocent?
I do understand the difference in killing someone who is aware of their impending death versus an unthinking clutch of cells.
