despite many say, trading services is a commodity and only the price (and sometimes the execution quality) matters, I got used of the datek technology and design very much (similar to the classic SI), and I'm still missing the dart. Combine that with increased and unjust fees (consider $11 for a 100 share fill at $1) as well as perhaps (others say) less efficient service, and it is the recipe for losing customers in a whim. us.st5.yimg.com
