Sure he did. He had greater potential then. He had the long-range weapons technology which he doesn't hold today, due to the work of the UN weapons ispectors.

It's my guess he's holding some of the bad stuff which he'll use for defensive purposes, as he did when the war with Iran was going badly.

The anti-Bush protestors don't want to hear about that! Why learn from history, when they can go to protest rallies, sit around and take drugs and have sex.

Above all, they don't care if a dictator murders his own people, or starves his own people, because it is his sovereign right.

My fear is that the anti-Bush, anti-America protestors will succeed, and America will suffer another catastrophic attack.
